What is your question?
Automatic Transmission stuck in 3rd gear no matter what drive position the gear selector is in. Will not shift to overdrive. Will not down shift when stopping or accelerating. Speedometer not working. Replaced VSS no change. Drain and filled transmission fluid and replaced filter.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Engine cold it shifts ok

Hello, I must admit I am not familiar with this vehicle first hand, but referencing the service manual for the vehicle, I'm seeing where it says that the speedometer cable drives the vehicle speed sensor to get data to the engine control module.
You really need to get testing done to find out what is going on here with this vehicle. A diagnostic tool that can monitor vehicle speed is really essential.
