How long should one expect to wait for an auto repair shop to replace the exhaust manifold?

It shouldn't take more than a day or two depending on the availability of the part. I suppose the ability of the technician would also come into play, lol.
Actual labor time is about an hour. How long to locate and get the part shouldn't be more than a day.
