Radio and lights turn on but engine won’t turn on

Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. I would suggest having the battery checked for state of charge, and the ability to sustain a load. It sounds to me like there might be enough power to light things up but not to crank the engine. This is totally normal for a vehicle. That's five years old almost. If somehow the battery tests, good, then you would further test the starting system, including the ignition switch, the shift lever position sensor, all cables to the battery and starter motor, and the starter motor. Hands on testing is needed; it should be a fairly easy resolution. https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me Click the link or call us at 877-913-1554.
