I need to know more about the check valves placed in the lubrication passages and other issues that can cause this abnormality. I tried changing twice the oil pump; All the crakshaft bearings are new; Changing twice oil filter; Checked the oil bulb; have install Pressure gauge with pointer and there´s the same low pressure.

Page 1 of 6 SUBJECT: INTERNAL ENGINE NOISE AND/OR DAMAGE AFTER OIL FILTER REPLACEMENT MODEL(S): XL7 (JC636) YEAR: 2007~2009 CONDITION: Abnormal engine noise and/or internal engine damage following engine oil filter replacement. CAUSE: Installation of incorrect replacement part, use of a replacement filter that is not equivalent in quality to a Suzuki filter, or improper installation. CORRECTION: Take care that the engine oil filter being installed (or previously installed) matches the most recent parts information available. Do not rely on physical dimensions and appearance. Suzuki encourages the use of “Genuine Suzuki Parts†as the best way to avoid issues such as these that could result in very costly repairs to the customer.
