My susuki stalled after i came back from a camping trip and i tried starting it a few times and it wouldn't turn on so i forced the last key turn and i got it to start but it had a clicking sound all the way home and for a few days what could be wrong

My brakes also sound loud when I brake and right when I'm about to make a complete stop my brakes make a electrical sound for some reason I feel like it's the abs system

Starting backwards, the buzzing electrical sound from the brakes does sound like an ABS concern. Diagnostic testing will be required with chassis related modules to determine what has failed here.
As far as the key not turning, it sounds more like an ignition lock cylinder, steering lock and shift lever concern more than a running concern. Where did the clicking sound originate from, generally speaking? Inside the car? From the engine?
