replacing a/c clutch

You need to remove the compressor to remove and replace the clutch, you may need special tools to do so. It generally isn't much more to replace the entire compressor with a new clutch, so I would look into that. That way you're not putting a new clutch on an old compressor that has a bunch of miles son it.
