where is the tcm located i was told that the hold light is on because of the tcm

the TCM is a software recall that you must get from the dealer along with the ECM. Hopefully, u were notified by the recall in 2004. I hope this info is good enough. This recall is "NO" more because Suzuki is no more. Check your glovebox for any sticker from the dealer. They should have one for each recall. If not this could be dangerous, upon deceleration air and gas becomes to thin and can cause staling of engine. Check light on can also be the Power train control module software which is available. Has something to do with fuel tank sensor, you would notice a fluctuation in your fuel gauge readings.
