This is Kevin with NWA Auto Shop. Without seeing the vehicle, I can only theorize. Based on the limited information given, these are my thoughts. A) Nope. Idle should be around the 600 - 800 RPM when warm and 100 rpm higher at start up or with A/C turned on etc. Kevin
