My reno would not start it while in park Lites were working works in neutral

What is your question?

Battery is good never had any issues with starter runs fine - drove yesterday all was good. It was doing nothing when I turned the key in park and I frequently wiggkledd and turned the key when it was in park. Battery is good and so is starter?

This sounds like the neutral safety switch has failed or out of adjustment. This switch allows your vehicle to start only in Park and neutral. If the shifter is misadjusted or the switch is bad it will cause this problem. We would be happy to check it out for you.
