replaced throttle pedal and throttle body still have codes and in limp mode?

Had a pedal commander type device on my throttle pedal the power connection and ground plugged into OBD2 wires broke off and when I went to fix it the wires sparked and I believe shorted out the pedal and throttle body I replaced both I still have codes and is in limp mode as trac control and stability control are off now and limited speed and power iv tried clearing the codes. 2010 Suzuki Grand Vitara Limited 3.2 V6 130k miles
