Hello, This is likely better accomplished through viewing a video, but the main idea is that the electrical connector will turn, allowing the connector to come out with the bulb. If you have the HID lights, the ballast serves as the connector, and touching the bulb with anything can result in immediate bulb failure. With some modes it is necessary to remove components in the engine bay, protective body panels, or the bumper cover for access. If you can reach it and extract it with your hand then you are good to go.
