Does anyone have a problem with the truck jerking when you shift from backing to moving forward. Mine makes a loud jerk but never gives any problems one your on the road?

Occurs at very low speeds . Very loud and sounds like the transmission was jerking into gear.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Worse when you back up and move forward.
