Hello, testing has to start with the battery and cables - is the battery fully charged and able to handle a load? Are the cables secure and clean of corrosion? Beyond that, focus on the water. Has it entered the fuse box or any electronic modules? If so, this can cause many issues. A physical inspection is needed.
