You have to remove the glove box and remove the bracket for the pcm. It may be a leaf or road debris stuck in the motor so look out for that first.
Alex
Alex, I finally got back to removing the glove box and not I need to find the motor. I don't see anything except the filter cover. What do I need to do now? I saw where someone said to remove the PCM bracket first. Not sure where that is. I am sorry for these dumb questions but my car smarts start with turning on the car and turning it off.
Thanks Alex. I am 74 so it may take a bit for me to try your suggestion. I tried to remove the glovebox and it was kind of hard. I will try again.
