plates rear lights won't come on?

thanks for you answer; the fuse is ok and i changed the lights but still they are off...the rest of tail lights are OK. I will check the wires next; Please, where do you find or access this wires? Thanks so much for your great speedy answer!!!

I looked at the manual and the pictures are not clear. Open the tail gate you will see a little black corrugated rubber boot that carries the wires from the body to the door/tailgate, just feel the harness to see if you can feel broke wires in it. If the tail lights and marker lights work the fuse and relay is ok so the problem is in the back of the vehicle. Look for those wire I think they were red/yellow, with the lights on you should have power on those wires.
