Gas gauge not functioning

What is your question?

I have removed the instrument cluster. I put a meter on the harness pins for the gas gauge and no reading/signal.

You'll want to check at the fuel sending unit at the in tank fuel pump to see if it is powered and provided power needed, which varies depending on fuel level. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
