Clicking sound when turning

If the clicking noise is heard only with the steering wheel turned and vehicle moving, then it is due to a constant velocity (CV) joint making noise. Check for torn or damaged rubber CV boots - you may find damage there. Even if there isn't, something has happened to the joint inside.
