If the clicking noise is heard only with the steering wheel turned and vehicle moving, then it is due to a constant velocity (CV) joint making noise. Check for torn or damaged rubber CV boots - you may find damage there. Even if there isn't, something has happened to the joint inside. It would be smart to have hands on professional testing to verify this of course. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
