Water leak dripping under the middle of the engine

Hello, are you certain this isn't normal air conditioning compressor condensation? It doesn't have to be warm outside for the air conditioning system to do its work of dehumidifying the interior of the vehicle, and funneling all moisture out via a tube to the underside of the vehicle.
