it wont start. the air filter was soaked, so i dried it. the battery was dead, so i replaced it. now when i try to start it, the engine turns and it sounds like it's gonna start, but it doesn't. i don't know what to do. change the spark plugs? idk. could anyone help me please

I did the same thing with my 09 so I had to pull apart all of the intake and dry It out. Make Sure you replace the mass air flow sensor or the car will not accelerate properly.
