what is an SRS B1350 code mean?

What is your question?

My friend works for Toyota and he was able to read the srs code using the computer. Said it was B1350. What does that entail? I tried looking up on the net and got generic codes. Any help would be appreciated.

You sure it's a B1350 not a B1650? B1650 is for the passenger seat occupant detector and center air bag.

Actually yes that is the correct code. It matches with the flash code of 32 I got when I jumped the 13 and 4 pins on the obd2. I was bumped by another vehicle in the rear (no more than 5 mph) with a heavy set passenger in the car. Is it likely a seat calibration issue? There was no physical damage visible to the car at the location of impact.
