Car did the safe mode thing now won't start makes loud whining noise any ideas?

I noticed I'm having the same issue as another guy on here with the same type of Car. I was wondering if the guys got it figured out?
It's a bit odd my car did the same exact thing as his even to the load clunk noise when attempting to push start. I replaced the starter like he did also n car makes the same whining noise from starter area when turning key over any info would be greatly appreciated
