Rotors are very rusty and front brake pads are totally worn. How do I replace my rotors and brake pads on my 2007 Scion TC?

Loosen the wheel nuts, jack up and safely support the vehicle. Remove the wheels, remove the brake calipers, remove the 2 brake caliper mounting bolts, the brake discs can then be removed from the hub/bearing assembly, if they are stubborn to remove two holes are threaded with 8mm x 1.25 thread pitch bolts you can use the bolts to extract the rotor from the hub.
