The wheel lug nuts are 21mm, the caliper bolts are 12mm or 14mm, the caliper mounting bolts are 17mm or 19mm. To replace the rotors loosen the wheel nuts, jack up and safely support the vehicle. Remove the wheels, remove the brake calipers, remove the 2 brake caliper mounting bolts, the brake discs can then be removed from the hub/bearing assembly, if they are stubborn to remove two holes are threaded with 8mm x 1.25 thread pitch bolts you can use the bolts to extract the rotor from the hub.
