2007 scion tc will not start

With what you have described with the engine not turning over to start and if you know for sure the battery itself is good this issue can be caused by an internal fault with the engine starter itself, a wiring concern leading to the starter, a fault with a component like the electronic ignition switch or even a fault within the engine computer. All of these need to be checked into to help pinpoint which component is at fault so it can then be repaired properly from there.
