Why my car won't start, the windows and sunroof dont work but all the lights on the dashboard work.

My scion wont start, I charged the battery all the lights work but the battery light won't come on, my windows don't work every time I try to get it started it won't clic or crank

What makes this problem better or worse?

Don’t know because it won’t start
