while driving, indicating warning lights on dash(ABS, check engine, traction, and others)

What is your question?

Once while driving, indicating warning lights on dashboard start blinking (ABS, check engine, traction, and others), then the car slows down and cant accelerate faster even if I push the gas pedal to all the way down, the car remains like that until the vehicle is turned off and turn back on, once the car is back on the check engine stays for a few minutes and goes off by itself. Also I noticed that a few days before there is a very low metallic sound (grindy sound) when I release the gas pedal to slow down(this has happen 3-4 times). Any suggestions of what I can check?
