replaced thermostat car still overheating why

check for propper cooling fan operation and temperature sensor on radiator as well as temp sensor either at the back of thrmostat housing or between cylinders 3 & 4 on intake manifold. Also another posibility could be a partially clogged radiator passages.

He's ready to retire....Poured a gallon of gasoline and grab a match or a lighter and the rest is self explanatory! Hope that helps you....God luck!
