harmonic balancer

What is your question?

my car is squeeling everytime i turn or put car on reverse can someone plz help me tell me if this could be problem with harmonic balancer

how is the belt tension on the power steering?? it is a more common issue than the balancer. have it checked at a shop before going to the balancer. Roy
