My car has white thick smoke coming out the back.

Could be because of a multitude of things. Coolant entering the combustion chamber due to damaged headgasket or other issue. One thing is for sure if the smoke is there, it's not a good sign. You need to have this looked at by a SAAB specialist so they can determine what if any repairs are needed.
