What is the cause for it to smoke a light blue color andca kinda of black smoke

When letting off the gas? I don't have coolant in my oil and lost power. Going through oil and comes out exhaust. Would it be the head gasket or the piston rings

Could also be valves. Best bet is to take it to a shop and they'll test it for you. It's not a headgasket if it is you'll more than likely be loosing coolant.
