Why would my ABS light keep flashing on/off and dinging?

My ABS and traction control light flash and ding constantly...the light is never constantly on the dash. It only seems to do it when it's warm out...anything above 75-80dg outside. I was assuming it was the module but i also assumed that if it was bad it would stay on all the time. Do you think there is a short? A plug that isn't connected all the way? I checked my wheel sensors as well and they are all fine. Any suggestion would help. TIA.

When the outside temp is above 75dg it gets worse.
