got power key turns but nothing happen, no click or crank.?? i installed new starter relay . but still nothing, checked all fuses i can ... not sure where to go next.

Automatic or manual transmission? Automatic, could be a concern with the sensor or wiring that shares information on what gear is being selected by the shift lever. If it's a manual, the clutch switch or wiring could be of concern. Beyond that, have you checked your battery for state of charge and the ability to handle a load? That's the first place to check.
