2 issues, P2BAC code...what is it? Exhaust Service Required-see dealer now?

What is your question?

Exhaust service issue started in July. Recently, when it shows on the EIC I tend to lose some power, especially uphill. Is it a dealer repair only or a Do it Yourself repair? Check engine light is on due to the P2BAC code and I cant find a true answer to what causes that code.
