the pcm failed on my 2020 ram 1500 is it covered under warranty

I went to leave work on Wednesday, August 10, 2022 and truck would not start. I bought a new battery and installed it. Still, no start. Had it towed to dealer. At first, I was told key faub failed, needed to be reprogramed. Reprogramming did not work. Then Dealer told me PCM failed and might need re-programmed or replaced. They re-programmed and vehicle starts now. However, they told me not covered on vehicle warranty or the extra warranty I purchased for $5700. I do not feel re-programming is acceptable. The PCM failed. This could also affect other electrical systems. I want PCM replaced or gurantee on re-programming the PCM and feel I should not be responsible for the $400.000 plus bill. Who should I contact about this problem.
