Canceling serious xm messed up the stereo in my 2021 Ram 1500

What is your question?

Canceling the serious xm service seems to have messed up the reception for my favorite station. I received a call from xm and canceled the service. Shortly after the call I heard a pop through the speakers I believe and the sound became very distorted on my favorite station. Sound on the other stations seems to be fine. But my preferred station is distorted the most in HD mode but also in regular mode. Any ideas?

Hello, there really should be no correlation between Sirius XM being active or not active and the rest of your audio unit. However, you should still be under warranty - so see your dealer with your concern!
