What is your question?
When fueling my truck, I cannot add more 3/4ths a gallon at a time before the fuel pump shuts off. I never "overfill" my truck, that I know of. I have the fuel flowing at the lowest possible rate (below the lowest lock setting on the handle). It take 20 minutes to fill the truck. I have to remove/replace the pump several times. I have tried several gas stations (QT, Phillips, Costco) all with the same result. It feels to me like the filler neck angle is wrong. Often times, the pump gets stuck in the filler neck and I have to force it out. I have had the truck form a year now. I noticed it a few times when I first got it, but not consistently. Now I experience this each time I fill up.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Not sure. Gotten worse over time
How long has your 2018 Ram 1500 had this problem?

Hello, it's difficult to know for sure, but it does sound like a possible problem with the evaporative emissions system. In brief, this system seals the fuel tank to ensure that all fuel vapors are burned and prevented from being released to the atmosphere. If the system prevents proper ventilation of the fuel tank, it can create a situation where fuel cannot be dispensed properly. It's the first area I would check if I was testing the vehicle. See a local dealership for a possible "in warranty" repair depending on age and mileage of the vehicle; or see a local repair shop near you who is properly equipped to check this system.
