With the key fob itself being lost unfortunately there isn't a way the truck can be started. The computer needs to see the key and key fob signals in most cases to allow the engine to start and run. What you can do is in many cases your local locksmith may be able to come out to your trucks location and replace the key fob and program it to your vehicle to allow it to start and run again. The other option is to obtain a replacement through a dealer and have the vehicle towed to them to have it programmed to allow the engine to start and run again.
