I have a Ram ecodiesel. Does it have an EVAP Leak Detection Pump? If so, where is it?

I'm getting an engine code of P2406, which is a high voltage return to the circuit. But I can't even find that the ecodiesel even has a LDP.

What makes this problem better or worse?
