Hi - Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. This coolant leak could be coming from either a hose or steel coolant line or an engine core plug. A pressure test of the cooling system should be performed to pinpoint the exact area of concern. Naturally, it may be necessary to gain access to the general area to determine the exact part that is leaking. This could be the hard part! So I'd recommend reaching out to a shop near you for assistance. And definitely do not continue driving until this is addressed! https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me Click the link to find some shops near you who can help out!
