Mileage range figure about 100 miles lite, but mpg is correct

Hello, the "range" listed is based on historical data and current performance as well as the level of fuel measured in the fuel tank. If over time the computer that calculates miles per gallon sees a trend, it goes with it. Keep in mind the range information is not fixed or gospel - if you drive more frugally or without wind drag due to cargo or accessories - you'll get better economy and more miles. In the meantime, the "average" expected available miles will show as it does based on calculations of historical data.
