I noticed a 80 amp radiator fan control module fuse missing is my truck equipped with that
What makes this problem better or worse?
With ac on it run hot idling

Hard to say. The manual I looked at said "if equipped" - so perhaps it's not on all vehicles. I'd say if it's missing -- it didn't suddenly become missing unless someone tampered with your vehicle. If the overheating did not always happen but is now -- then I'd say it's not the fuse. For overheating ensure the fan works - check inlet and outlet temperatures from the thermostat.
