My windows don’t work

I’m having a problem with my rear windows and they won’t go down I was told to fix replace the main power switch and I did that and my rears don’t work I also noticed that my passenger window doesn’t go down unless the driver rolls it down with their switch

How long has your 2012 Ram 1500 had this problem?
