What is your question?
HAS POWER TO INJECTOR BUT NO PULSE. ALL OTHER INJECTORS ARE FINE. CLEAR CODES AND IT COMES BACK IMMEDIATELY ALONG WITH CODES FOR OTHER INJECTORS.
What makes this problem better or worse?
ALL THE TIME THE SAME THING

I'm honestly not sure the diagnostic methods you are using are valid. I would recommend following workshop manual procedures and using a diagnostic tool capable of monitoring all operations of this vehicle's control modules. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
