delay shift

What is your question?

whats causing a shift delay when i start driving off this has been going on for two and a half years, i changed the transmission oil and it still doing the same thing, is there anything that has to be change on the transmission, i changed the vaccum modulator the speed sensor is there anything eles that has to be changed that deals if the shift, there is no engine check light coming on, can somebody that knows about this car answer me. thank you
