where is the safty shut off switch

trying to help grand parents out who cant afford to take to auto shop. just need to find were the emrgency shut off switch is for the fuel pump? please HELP!!!!!!!!!!

The car does not have an fuel pump cut off switch, rather it looks for engine oil pressure to cut the fuel supply. What is happening? No start? There is a fuel pump relay in the junction box...
