Blower motor intermitent

What is your question?

The blower motor in my 06 GP is operating part of the time and not at other times. The switch doesn't seem to have any impact on the way it acts. It will suddenly start working and perform as expected. Next time you get in and go, it may or may not work. Any help in troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
