I have no park lights, brake lights or license plate lights on my 2005 pontiac grand prix. I replaced bulbs & fuses. Still don't work. All wiring looks good. I have no tester
You'll need to have access to a voltmeter / ohmmeter that can check for power and ground at various wiring connections.
Ensure all bulbs and fuses are proper for where they go.
