The heat just won’t cut on I fixed the blower motor and fuses and still nothing
What makes this problem better or worse?

Hello, are you saying you have only cold air blowing, or you have no air blowing at all? If there is no air blowing, you'll have to check for power at the motor. If it's not present, you'll have to trace the circuit back to the point where the power was lost. I can't propose a list of components to replace, because it could be as basic as a wiring repair.
The blower motor resister controls the speed of your heater. Separate but part of blower motor. Someone’s ingenious idea for this specific type of car. Personally in my opinion it’s just another pain in the behind expense.
