I also had the same issue and was told I had air in the line, so they removed the air. Not to long after it returned, so another shop told me I needed to keep my anti-freeze level high in the container that holds extra fluid. guess what never happened again.

In front of your windshield there is an area that may contain the wiper assembly and some heater system stuff. Water normally get's in here and then drains out. If the drains are plugged with leaves and debris, water stays trapped in here and sloshes around. Check to see that the drains are clear and clean out any debris.
