The info center will not come up on start up. will eventually then lights come on and fan will operate.

The "W" body had numerous issues with the ignition switch with thermal failures. 1 of the biggest problems was not being able to get key out of ignition or not being able to pull it out of park. Get your wiring diagram and trace out which ckt it actually is or just replace the ignition switch.
